HELP!!!!! Accidentally erased disk.

HELP!!!! There was an update and I wanted to update it so when I did it was updating and then the loading bar was full and then my computer turned off and then I turned it back on and then minutes later it will turn back off then I went to recovery mode and clicked disk utility and click untitled which was my disk and accidentally erased it. HELP, I just want my lap back )): HELP!!!! is there a way to get it back? or make a new one idk! JUST HELP, all my pictures are all backed up into my iCloud, so I don't really mind if I had to restore the entire computer just HELP!
